If we can successfully apply for a national-level development zone in the future, the administrative level of the unit could even reach Vice Director Level. By then, not to mention that Deputy Mayor Shen will not be able to serve as the secretary and director of the Management Committee; even Secretary Ye would need approval from the Provincial Committee to take on the dual roles if he wished, as Vice Director Level officials are under the province’s jurisdiction.

In short, the Development Zone Party Working Committee cannot have too many members, only a few and the best, and the Management Committee should follow the same principle.
